Here's an overview of how we go from your decision to have our invitations to receiving them. and stunning your guests.

Consultation
- Contact us via telephone, email, or by completing a “Request a Quote” form on this site.
- We will discuss your wedding (Or other type of event), your date, etc.
- Describe your style, theme, and vision.
- Then we’ll discuss time frame and budget
- Use our style collection as a design guide, completely design your own style, or let us assist you with your design.
- Once we begin the design process, we will email you an invoice for a $50.00 non-refundable retainer along with an agreement.for your signature.
Design Stage
- 2-3 designs will be provided based on consultation information.
- Up to 3 revisions are included with your chosen concept.
Approval of Proof
- A proof of layout, text, font, spelling, etc. will be sent via e-mail, fax or U.S. mail, or a sample invitation can be mailed to you for your dated signature of approval.
Payment
- Upon your approval of proof, we will request via email or phone, a 50% deposit (Minus the $50 retainer previously submitted).
- Once the deposit is received, your invitations will go into production in our studio.
- We will notify you via email or phone when we have a scheduled completion date for your invitations.
- The remaining balance (50%) will be due prior to delivery/shipping of your order. Any applicable postage and/or shipping charges may also be included in this invoice. We accept PayPal
Delivery
- Shipping of your invitations will occur on the later of payment of remaining balance or your notified schedule date.
- Your invitations will be shipped according to your instructions. Delivery is normally 2 – 5 days, unless rush shipping is requested.
Call us any time during this process so that we may answer your questions and exceed your wishes, then enjoy the most unique and classic invitations a bride can have!
